Appointments can be made via our online booking system, telephone, WhatsApp, or email. All bookings are subject to availability.
You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS. Please check all details are correct and contact us immediately if there are any errors.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients.
Cancellations must be made via phone, email, or through the online booking system. Cancellations made via social media may not be processed in time.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency). You will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or alternative appointment.
We accept payment by cash, card, and bank transfer. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the final treatment cost.
All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.
You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical conditions, and contraindications. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused without refund.
Some conditions require written consent from your GP before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if medical clearance is not provided.
Pregnancy massage is available from week 12 onwards. Please inform us of your pregnancy at the time of booking.
Laser hair removal requires a mandatory patch test at least 24 hours before your first treatment. This is non-negotiable for safety reasons.
Treatments may be adjusted based on your comfort level and therapist assessment. We reserve the right to stop treatment if necessary for health and safety reasons.
