Expert deep tissue massage for athletes and active individuals. Relieve tension, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery.

Sports Massage Therapy

What is sports massage?

Sports massage is a targeted therapeutic treatment that goes beyond relaxation. Using deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, I work to address muscle tension, improve range of motion, and support your body's natural recovery processes.

Whether you're a professional athlete, weekend warrior, or simply dealing with muscular pain from daily activities, sports massage can help you move better and feel better.
